1. Audience Etiquette & Heckling Policy

The Chico Comedy Festival is dedicated to providing an extraordinary experience for comedians and audiences alike. Unsolicited heckling, disruptive behavior, and recording full sets on mobile devices without authorization are strictly prohibited.

Venue staff and festival producers reserve the right to remove any disruptive individual without refund.

2. Age Restrictions & Government ID

Attendees must comply with the age requirements posted for each specific venue (All Ages, 18+, or 21+). A valid physical government-issued photo ID is required for entry into 21+ venues and for purchasing alcoholic beverages.

3. Performer Submissions

By submitting an application and video tape to the Chico Comedy Festival, applicants grant the festival rights to review and score the submission. Submission fees are non-refundable. Submission does not guarantee placement in the official festival lineup.
