Performer Submissions

Stand-up comedians, improv ensembles, sketch groups, comedy magicians, and variety acts from across the country are invited to apply for the 2027 Chico Comedy Festival in Chico, CA.

5–7 Min Video Tape

Submit a clear video set from any club, theater, or showcase. Continuous uncut sets preferred.

Full Artist Access

Accepted performers receive an All-Access Festival Artist Pass, green room hospitality, and networking access.

$10 Review Fee

Guarantees your tape is watched and scored by our scoring panel. Notification sent via email before public announcements.

To maintain the highest quality review standard, each applicant pays a nominal $10 fee. This guarantees that your video tape is viewed and scored by our panel of independent comedy producers.

I understand that the $10 review fee is non-refundable and that submitting an audition video does not guarantee an invitation to the official festival lineup.
