What is the difference between a Full Festival Pass, a Day Pass, and a Single Show Ticket?

A Full Festival Weekend Pass grants you access to all standard shows across all venues for the entire 3-day festival. A Day Pass gives you full access to all shows occurring on that specific calendar day (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday). Single Show Tickets guarantee you admission to one specific show only. VIP passes/tickets include front-row table seating and express check-in.

How do I receive my tickets or festival passes?

Accepted Answer

Immediately upon checkout, your digital ticket pass with a secure QR code will appear on screen and will be emailed to your inbox. You can save it to your Apple Wallet or smartphone screen and present it at the venue door for instant scanning.

Are the shows 21+ or can minors attend?

Accepted Answer

Because the festival uses multiple downtown Chico venues, age restrictions vary by location. The Plaza Heritage Theater is All Ages. Bidwell Craft Stage is 18+. Sierra View Lounge and Creekside Underground are 21+. Each show listing clearly labels the age requirement.

Question 4

How does comedian submission work, and why is there a $10 fee?

We welcome stand-up comedians, improv troupes, and sketch artists from across the country to submit. There is a nominal $10 review fee that funds our independent panel of comedy producers who watch and score every submission tape. Please note: Submission does not guarantee acceptance to the festival. All applicants will be notified via email regarding their selection status.

What is the refund policy?

All ticket and pass sales are final. If you are unable to attend, you may freely transfer your digital QR ticket or festival pass to another attendee via the ticket confirmation link.

Where should out-of-town guests stay and park in Chico?

Accepted Answer

We recommend staying at downtown Chico partner hotels within walking distance of the venues. Free and metered parking is widely available in downtown parking structures on 3rd & Salem and 2nd & Wall Street.
