Refund & Transfer Policy

1. All Sales Final

All purchases of Chico Comedy Festival Passes (Full Weekend, VIP All-Access, Day Passes) and Single Show Tickets are strictly non-refundable.

Because festival talent is booked in advance and venue seating capacity is strictly limited, we cannot offer refunds for change of plans, personal conflicts, weather, or travel delays.

2. Easy Free Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your digital QR ticket or festival pass to a friend, colleague, or family member at no extra cost.

Simply forward your official ticket confirmation email with the QR code to the new attendee. The first person to present the QR code at the venue door will be granted admission.

3. Show Cancellation or Postponement

In the unlikely event that a specific show or the entire festival is cancelled by the producers and not rescheduled, ticket holders for the affected event will be issued a full refund to their original payment method.

Lineups and headliners are subject to change without notice due to professional filming commitments or unforeseen circumstances. Lineup substitutions do not warrant a refund.

4. Performer Submission Fees

The $10 Performer Submission Fee covers administrative review and judge scoring. Submission fees are 100% non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of selection outcome.
